VictorIt is Victor’s turn to see the future. He is initially excited that his plan worked and he is alive in the future. However, as he sees more he realizes that his body is frail and encased in a glass tube with all kinds of wires hooked up to him. He has no rights in the future and people are using his memories to remember how to feel. This clearly painful for him, because a tear runs down his cheek, in the future. What really ruins him is when he sees Grace, after she finds out what he did. She is angry at him, and leaves the cryonics facility (most likely never going back). Victor is sad to see her like this, alone and betrayed. After seeing Victor’s future Dor passes out and Sarah and Victor take him to the clock shop. He is sent back in time to Alli where he is also dying of the plague. This time he spends as much time as possible with Alli and dies in peace. Time starts again and Sarah stops the car. She gets help from the neighbors after being spotted trying to get out of the garage. Victor uses his safe word to stop himself from being frozen and eventually dies of cancer. This time it is a natural death and he spends all his time happily with Grace. Victor gives a lot of money to Sarah for her education and she becomes a doctor who cures cancer a while after his death. “Is it too late?” Sarah says this to the proprietor at the clock shop because both she Victor know they are dying. After seeing their futures they want to change this. Time is always a problem because there is never enough. Thankfully they both make it back in time fast enough to reverse the damage caused. Victor is able to have the best three months of his life with Grace, and Sarah ends up becoming the doctor to cure cancer. They both learn a valuable lesson, that God limits time to make each moment precious and we should make the best of the time we have.
